Thanks to K-Mug, I had the opportunity to attend the 2nd Kerala Microsoft Users Group meeting in Cochin at the IMA House. To say the least, it reignited that technical spark in me. Most of the speakers were just awesome. At first glance, the topics did not interest me, but sitting through the event was an eye opener. Yanesh discussed a broader view of the potential of Generics, Vinod was absolutely amazing with his T-SQL tricks, Manu helped me digest a bit of Kerberos/NTLM which were all Greek to me till then, Shiju's introduction on NO SQL DB was an eye-opener for a person who has only heard of RDMS in his career,.... just to name a few.
